What areas do you service?

We serve the Flint Hills region—including Manhattan, Wamego, Junction City, Fort Riley, Ogden, Riley, and nearby towns within our mapped area under our service tab. We do work outside this region frequently, though an additional service charge may apply for out-of-area calls. Not sure if you’re within range? Just reach out and we’ll let you know!

Do you offer emergency or after-hours service?

Yes! We’re available 24/7 for urgent garage door issues.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We aim to offer same-day or next-day service whenever possible.

Repairs & Troubleshooting

What should I do if my garage door won’t open or close?

Give us a call—this usually means something is off with the springs, opener, or alignment, and we can quickly diagnose and repair the issue.

Do I need to replace both springs if only one breaks?

We typically recommend replacing both springs at the same time. When one fails, the other is usually not far behind—and replacing both saves you a second labor charge down the line.

Can you sync a new remote or keypad to my opener?

Yes! we’ll program new remotes or keypads during a scheduled service call. 

Do you carry common parts on your truck?

Yes—our vehicles are stocked with high-quality parts for most major repairs, so we can often fix the issue on the spot.

Maintenance & Upkeep

How often should I have garage door maintenance done?

We recommend a full maintenance check every 6 months to keep your system running smoothly and extend its lifespan.

What’s included in a maintenance visit?

We inspect all moving parts, lubricate rollers and hinges, check alignment and cables, test opener function, and ensure your system is weather-sealed and safe.

Can you help with weatherproofing or sealing drafts?

Yes, we install and replace weatherstripping to help protect your garage from the elements.
